Charles
David Glynn, Licensed Auctioneer and Turkey Creek President
began selling antiques at 12 years of age, received his license at
16, and has over 30 years experience in the field.
His
professional experience reaches from the Boston and
Cape Cod area (Sandwich, Mass.), and later to owning and operating
his own galleries in New England and in Florida.
Dave's goal is to provide the most
professional, comprehensive, and competitive auction services to his
customers, consignors and dealers in North Central Florida and

Cash, certified funds,
VISA®, MasterCard®, DISCOVER® and AMERICAN EXPRESS® are
accepted forms of payment. Personal or company check will be
accepted if accompanied by a current and valid bank letter
and with proper ID. All purchases are to be paid in US
dollars at the time and place of the sale. A 15% buyer's
premium will be added to the hammer price of each lot
sold. There is a 5% discount for payment made with cash or a
check--so there is a 10% premium if paying with cash or
check. A 6% Florida sales tax will be charged to all
purchases unless a certificate of resale has been filed with
our office. Absentee or phone bidders must arrange that
payment be made via overnight delivery.
Bidders holding a
valid Florida or out of state resale number must provide
their certificate or a copy thereof when registering or will
be required to pay 6% Marion County/Florida sales tax on
purchases.

& Advertisements, including this web site) are meant merely as a
guide. The Auctioneer does not warrant the accuracy, genuineness,
authenticity, condition, description, weight, count or measure of

with the terms and conditions of the sale. Prospective buyers should
satisfy themselves by personal inspection as to the condition of
each lot. Although condition reports may be given upon request,
such reports are statements of opinion only. Statements made by
Auctioneer and/or staff of Auctioneer are opinions only and should
not be construed as statements of fact.
Regardless of
whether or not a condition report is given, all property is sold
subject to Item #1 of our "Conditions of Sale," which provides that
all property is sold as is. The absence of a condition report does
